SW19 Loft Addition

Bricks & Moore took on a vacant and distressed 2 bed probate flat in Collliers Wood, South West London.

A planning application was submitted for a loft conversion to create a spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom (two ensuite) home.

Planning approval was also sought for an external staircase leading to the garden. This allowed for the narrow internal staircase to be blocked off, maximising the internal space available for an eat-in kitchen diner with island.

W12 Lease Extension

With just 46 years left on the lease, this vacant ground floor flat in Chiswick/Shepherds Bush borders had been struggling to find a new owner. In need of thorough modernisation, and a lease extension, Bricks & Moore got to work on negotiating with the freeholder, allowing for the lease extension to be granted on completion. A full licence to alter was also required from the freeholder to make internal changes to this property. Despite some challenges, this property was fully renovated and snapped up by a very excited first time buyer.

TW7 House Remodel

A project not for the faint hearted. We took on a semi detached property previously owned by an elderly hoarder. Most of the property was inaccesible to view due to the height of the hoarding in each room. With a separate staircase leading to the outrigger from the galley kitchen, this property needed both clearing and completely remodelling. Planning was sought for a loft conversion, single storey extension, and remodel on both the ground and first floor. This back to brick conversion completely transformed this property into an extremely desirable 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home.
